The BrokerIQ Trader App is a fully white-label mobile app that forex and CFD brokers ship to their clients under their own brand. It covers account opening, KYC, funding, withdrawals and account management across MT5, MT4, cTrader, DXtrade, Match-Trader, TradeLocker, TraderEvolution and ScaleTrade — on the same BrokerIQ back office that already powers the broker''s CRM and Partner Hub.
01 — The shift
Why a broker''s app is now the main storefront
of retail orders now placed on mobile devices
mobile trading app usage since 2020
online trading platform market by 2031
The trader''s primary screen is no longer a desktop. More than half of all retail trades now execute on mobile — a crossover that happened years ago and keeps widening. Charles Schwab reported mobile app sessions up 34% in 2025, with 62% of retail orders placed from a handheld device. Mobile trading usage is up roughly 120% since 2020, and global trading-app downloads rose 47% year-over-year in 2024 alone. Ask traders why, and 80%+ give the same answer: convenience — they want to check a position, fund an account or pass KYC from wherever they are.
This isn''t a forex quirk; it''s the shape of the market. The online trading platform market is worth $11.65B in 2025 and is forecast to hit $18.18B by 2031, and in emerging regions smartphones have replaced desktops as the first — often only — way retail investors come online.
For a broker, the app is where the relationship now lives — and that''s a retention story as much as an acquisition one. Money apps hold onto users because people open them out of habit: to check a balance, a position, a transaction. That daily touchpoint is the most direct line a broker has to its clients, and one of the most expensive to lose.
The catch: most brokers can''t justify building a native app from scratch — a 12-to-24-month engineering project they then have to maintain. That''s the gap the BrokerIQ Trader App closes.

02 — Definition
What is a white-label trader app?
The BrokerIQ Trader App is a fully white-label mobile app that brokers ship to their clients under their own brand, on their own custom domain and their own App Store and Google Play accounts. It covers the whole client relationship — account opening, identity verification (KYC), funding, withdrawals and account management — across every trading platform the broker runs, on the same BrokerIQ back office that powers their CRM and web portal.
A white-label trader app is a mobile app the broker gives to clients under the broker''s own brand, while a platform vendor builds and maintains the underlying technology. Done properly, the client never sees the vendor: the app icon, the store listing, the colours, the domain and the publisher name are all the broker''s.
03 — Native
It''s your app, not your website in a frame
A lot of "broker apps" in this category are really the broker''s web portal loaded inside a shell — they feel like a website because they are one. The BrokerIQ Trader App is a real app your clients download and install: it looks, moves and behaves like a native app, and it''s published under your own store accounts, so the listing says your name, not ours.
Igor Jović, CEO of TradeCore
"Your clients open their broker''s app more than almost anything else on their phone — so it should be the broker''s app, end to end, not a reskinned web page with someone else''s name in the App Store. We built it on the same back office that already runs the broker''s CRM. There''s no second system and no separate integration project — for a broker already on BrokerIQ, the app switches on against the configuration they''re already running."
04 — Capabilities
What can clients do in the app?
Everything the web portal does, in their pocket:
- Onboarding & KYC — register, open a live account, and complete identity verification in-app.
- Funding & withdrawals — deposit through your configured payment methods, request withdrawals, and transfer between accounts.
- Account view — live balance, equity, margin, P&L and leverage per account, plus full transaction and trading history.
- Support & engagement — open and track support tickets, plus referrals, cashback, loyalty and bonuses.
- Security — Face ID / fingerprint login with an app-lock.
- Languages — available in any language you want.
05 — Coverage
One app across every platform you run
Your clients don''t care which trading server their account lives on. The app shows every account a client holds across the platforms BrokerIQ integrates — MT5, MT4, cTrader, DXtrade, Match-Trader, TradeLocker, TraderEvolution and ScaleTrade — with balance, equity, margin and P&L drawn from the same back office your CRM reads. One client, all their accounts, one screen.
06 — White-label
Genuinely white-label, surface by surface
- Your brand on every screen — icon, splash, colours, navigation, dark mode.
- Your store publisher account — the app ships under your Apple and Google developer accounts; the publisher name consumers see is yours.
- Your custom domain — the app runs against your domain; deep links carry your domain.
- Your payment methods — funding presents the methods from your BrokerIQ payments configuration (105+ gateways available), tunable per country and currency.
07 — Architecture
One back office, no second integration
The Trader App isn''t a separate product line. It runs against the same BrokerIQ back office as your CRM, your web portal, your KYC, your payment routing and your trading-platform integrations. The balance a client sees is the balance you see. For a broker already on BrokerIQ — including the IB system and Partner Hub — the app activates against your existing configuration. There''s no separate integration project.
